We conduct comprehensive school-based Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to better understand the factors contributing to challenging or unsafe behaviors.
Our process includes classroom observations, collaboration with educators and families, data review, and ongoing communication with the school team. We work to identify not only what behaviors are occurring, but why they may be happening and what supports are needed to help the student succeed.
Recommendations are designed to be practical and meaningful within the realities of the classroom, with strategies that staff can confidently implement and maintain over time.
