Family Coaching

Support for Real Life

Parenting can be stressful when everyday expectations regularly lead to conflict, avoidance, or emotional blowups.

At Estero Learning Partners, we help families better understand what’s driving those challenges and develop strategies that work in real life.

Services may include parent coaching, direct work with your child, or both depending on your family’s needs.

What Guides Our Work

Children do best when they are taught the skills they need and supported by the adults who care for them every day. Lasting change doesn't come from expecting children to simply "know better," nor does it come from removing every challenge or demand. Instead, progress happens when children are given practical tools and the adults in their lives respond in ways that encourage, support, and reinforce those skills over time.

Our Process

  • We start by listening about your child, your family, and what you’ve already tried.

  • We look at the patterns and factors that may be contributing to the challenges.

  • We create a personalized plan with practical strategies that fit your family’s life.

  • We support you in putting strategies into place and problem-solve together.

  • We track progress, make adjustments, and celebrate meaningful changes.

Your Questions, Answered

  • No. While we do have expertise in working with children with a variety of diagnoses, including ADHD, ODD, Autism, Down Syndrome, etc., a diagnosis is not required to receive our services.

  • All services are provided directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Estero Learning Partners does not utilize behavior technicians or assistants to deliver services. This allows for a consistent, individualized approach and ensures that the person developing recommendations is also the person working directly with you, your family, or your team.

  • At this time, we do not accept medical insurance. However, we can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • It’s natural to not know where to start or whether our services are the best fit for your family and child. Let’s start with a consultation and find out!

If I’m not the best fit, I’ll try my best to find someone who is.

  • Our fees vary depending on the type of services you’re looking for. Schedule a consultation and we can discuss our fee options.
