With nearly 20 years of experience in the school system, we know what it takes to create meaningful, sustainable change for students and the teams who support them.
We partner with school teams to better understand challenging behavior and learning difficulties, particularly when students are not making progress despite existing supports. Together, we develop individualized recommendations that are realistic, actionable, and sustainable for the educators and teams implementing them every day.
School-Based Services
How We Support Schools
Functional Behavior Assessments
We conduct comprehensive school-based Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to better understand the factors contributing to challenging or unsafe behaviors.
We are often asked to support students whose needs have not responded to traditional interventions or who present with more complex behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges. Our assessments focus on identifying the underlying factors contributing to difficulty so that intervention planning can address root causes rather than simply managing behavior.
Behavior Intervention Services
Our behavior intervention services focus on creating supportive, structured environments where students can build skills, increase participation, and experience success at school.
We develop comprehensive plans that are designed to be clear, realistic, and integrated into the student’s daily program (not documents that sit unused in a drawer).
Support may include:
individualized behavior plans
classroom-based intervention support
staff coaching and collaboration
strategy modeling
ongoing progress monitoring
plan revisions and follow-up support
We work closely with educators and support staff to ensure they understand not only what to do, but why the strategies are important. This shared understanding helps implementation feel more manageable, consistent, and effective over time.
Staff Training & Consultation
We provide hands-on training and consultation for educators, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams working with students who have behavioral, emotional, developmental, or learning needs.
Trainings are tailored to the unique needs of each school, district, classroom, or student and focus on practical strategies that can be immediately applied in real-world educational settings.
Rather than focusing solely on theory, we emphasize implementation—helping staff understand, practice, and confidently apply strategies that support student success in their daily work.

What Guides Our Work
The most effective recommendations are the ones that can actually be implemented. We believe school teams deserve practical, individualized strategies that reflect the realities of the classroom and build on the strengths of the people supporting students every day.
Our work focuses on understanding the factors contributing to a student's difficulties and translating that understanding into realistic, actionable recommendations. The goal is not simply to produce a report, but to help students experience greater success, participation, and engagement at school.
